McDonald's is hiring a full‑time or part‑time Department Manager. The role includes managing one or more departments and overseeing staff to deliver high‑quality customer and food service.

• Lead shifts each week, ensuring fast, accurate, friendly service.
• Manage assigned systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management.
• Set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results to leadership.
• Oversee Crew and Managers to deliver a great customer experience.
• Ensure sales promotions are executed correctly.
• Maintain training of service staff and front‑counter organization for McCafé and Drive‑Thru.
• Control food safety, quality, and cost; train kitchen staff in production procedures.
• Recruit, train, and schedule staff to meet sales and profit goals.

• High school diploma or equivalent; college experience preferred.
• Previous managerial experience in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting.
• Flexible schedule and 18 years or older.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
