Job Description
Ray's is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Meat Cutter to join our team in Port Orford, OR. The ideal candidate will have experience in cutting, trimming, and preparing various types of meat to meet quality standards and customer specifications.
Responsibilities- Cut, trim, and prepare meat products according to company standards and customer requests.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of meat to maintain freshness and safety.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work area and equipment.
- Inspect meat for quality and remove any undesirable parts.
- Assist customers with meat selections and provide knowledgeable recommendations.
- Follow all safety and health regulations related to meat cutting and handling.
- Proven experience as a Meat Cutter or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of meat cutting techniques and tools.
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines.
