Customer Success Mgr./ CSM, Sales Representative, Inside Sales, Sales Associate/Assistant
Are you a high-energy retail or service sales professional looking for your next challenge? As a Customer Solutions Specialist, you’ll guide customers through their service visits and introduce them to accessories, upgrades, and packages that enhance their RV lifestyle. This is a fast-paced, customer-facing role with clear goals, commission opportunities, and a path to long-term career growth. Base pay $36,000 with the potential to reach $85,000+!
KeyObjectives
- Deliver a smooth, engaging service experience that builds trust and drives return visits
- Identify and recommend service bundles, accessories, and upgrades aligned with customer needs and RV usage
- Convert service visits into long-term relationships and added sales opportunities
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through high-quality customer interactions
- Welcome and assist customers during service check-ins and walk-ins
- Proactively recommend relevant upgrades, add-ons, and accessories
- Accurately quote prices and book service appointments
- Keep customers informed on their unit’s progress and any new opportunities
- Maintain timely and professional communication throughout the customer journey
- Use CRM and scheduling tools to track leads, appointments, and service outcomes
- Support team members and participate in ongoing sales and service training
- Retail or service sales experience (automotive, powersports, or outdoor gear is a plus)
- Strong communication and persuasion skills with a consultative approach
- Highly motivated by commissions and performance-based pay
- Skilled at multitasking in a dynamic, fast-moving environment
- Positive, professional demeanor and appearance
- Team-oriented with the ability to work independently
- Availability to work Saturdays
- Neat, clean, and professional appearance
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
- Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company’s Vision, Mission, and Value in all interactions with customers and co‑workers
- Meet or exceed monthly service-related accessory and upgrade sales goals
- Maintain strong NPS (Net Promotor Score) through clear, positive communication
- Drive repeat business through excellent service and follow-up
- Minimize scheduling errors and ensure smooth service transitions for customers
- Contribute to a high-performing, team-driven culture within the service department
