Position SummaryAs our Territory Manager for Large Agricultural Equipment Sales, you’ll step into a lucrative sales career where your earning potential and success are unlimited. In this position, you’ll be more than a salesperson; you’ll be a trusted partner to growers, producers, and agri‑business leaders. Your focus will be on building strong relationships, delivering advanced large agricultural equipment solutions, and helping customers maximize efficiency and profitability.
Responsibilities• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with growers, producers, and agri‑business leaders.
• Develop new business and support existing clients across Jefferson, Wasco and Wheeler counties.
• Represent Pape’ Machinery as a visible leader in your territory, staying informed on market trends and customer needs.
• Travel in a company‑provided sales vehicle to meet customers face‑to‑face and collaborate with internal teams for seamless support from purchase to service.
• Position Pape’ Machinery as the go‑to provider for large agricultural equipment solutions while driving growth and expanding market share.
- Previous sales experience.
- Knowledge of agricultural equipment, with precision ag technology preferred.
- Financing background preferred.
- Excellent customer relations and communication skills.
- Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook).
- Driver’s license with a good driving record.
- Experience operating equipment and heavy‑duty pickup/trailer combination preferred.
