• Assess exterior and paint damage
• Customer service
• Write repair estimates
• Coordinate work orders between customers and technicians
• Act as a liaison between our insurance partners, customers, and the repair facility

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
• Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the company’s values in all interactions with customers and co‑workers
• Body shop experience
• Shop operations knowledge
• Mechanical aptitude
