Role Overview

Multiclient Seismic Sales Lead / Account Manager – Stavanger, Norway. Senior level, Employee, Full‑time. This role will shape and grow SLB’s Multi‑Client presence in Norway.

Responsibilities
  • Lead commercial activities for multiclient seismic products, including securing prefunding for new projects.
  • Build, manage, and grow strong relationships with regulators, local independents, and international E&P companies.
  • Develop and execute account plans, maintain a healthy sales pipeline, and provide reliable revenue forecasts.
  • Prepare and present commercial proposals, and lead contract negotiations with customers.
  • Work closely with technical teams, new ventures, sales, and marketing to effectively position seismic data and survey offerings.
  • Stay informed on market developments, licensing rounds, and competitor activity across the region.
Qualifications
  • 10‑15 years of client‑facing commercial experience focused on relationship building and business growth.
  • Well‑established network with major operators on the Norwegian Continental Shelf, particularly within the subsurface sector.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Experience with multiclient seismic products and commercial models.
  • Fluency in Norwegian and English. Knowledge of the Norwegian Continental Shelf market is required.
