Location: Sherwood
- Manage day-to-day relationships with distributors, customers, and sales brokers
- Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts while coordinating with internal teams such as operations and supply chain
- Execute promotions, marketing initiatives, and customer programs
to drive product visibility and sales - Manage pricing strategies, profit margins, deductions, and dispute resolution with distributors and customers
- Work closely with brokers to ensure proper account execution and performance
- Identify opportunities to support and expand overall sales growth
- Oversee key accounts including KeHE, UNFI
, and regional customers
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) food sales
- Proven experience working with major distributors such as KeHE and/or UNFI
- Strong experience managing sales brokers and distributor relationships
- Demonstrated ability to execute sales plans and manage key customer accounts
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
