What You'll Lead:

As our sales manager, you'll be the engine of studio growth — driving revenue, building community partnerships, and leading a team that delivers an exceptional client experience.

You'll:

• Own membership sales and consistently push the studio toward new growth milestones
• Build relationships across the Bethany community — businesses, events, networking groups, and more
• Execute creative marketing campaigns and promotions, both digital and in person that get people talking
• Lead, coach, and inspire sales associates
• Partner with lead flexologists to ensure every stretch session feels world class
• Keep our CRM, operations, and studio systems running smoothly
• Champion a culture of hospitality, professionalism, and results

This role is 80–90% sales-focused, perfect for someone who loves the chase, loves the close, and loves seeing their work turn into real, measurable impact.

Who You Are:

You're confident, goal driven, and energized by connecting with people. You love building relationships, you're organized and data-minded, and you're passionate about wellness and helping people feel their best.

You bring:

• 2+ years of sales experience (membership sales = a huge plus)
• A proven ability to generate leads and close deals
• Strong communication skills across phone, text, email, and in-person
• Comfort working both independently and collaboratively
• A flexible schedule (some evenings/weekends)
• A genuine passion for fitness, wellness, and improving quality of life

Compensation & Growth:

• Base salary: $41,600–$49,920
• High performers earn well above the top of the range
• Commission on memberships and retail
