Outside Sales Account Manager - Industrial Component Service and Repair

• Work with your manager to create a sales plan and develop new customers while maintaining existing accounts.
• Build and sustain long‑term business relationships with customers.
• Execute full‑cycle prospecting activities—qualify leads, conduct cold calls, prepare and deliver sales presentations.
• Make regular in‑person sales calls to current and prospective customers.
• Collaborate with customer service and technical support teams to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Use tools, resources, and CRM to plan and manage time and territory.

• High school diploma or GED;
  Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, or engineering, or a 2‑year technical degree in an industrial discipline, mechanics, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of industrial sales experience, with a preference for experience selling repair services in electronics, hydraulics, robotics, servos, and/or mechanical components.
• Knowledge of rebuilding and repair of hydraulic equipment for mobile and industrial machinery is a plus.
• Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer proficiency required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel overnight as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and make on‑site customer visits in industrial settings.
