We are seeking a motivated Insurance Sales Representative to join our agency. In this role, you'll help individuals and families find the right insurance solutions. • Base salary starts at $42,000
• Monthly health stipend

• Meet established sales and production goals
• Quote insurance coverage for new prospects
• Build relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Answer incoming phone calls professionally
  
  Assist with policy processing and customer service needs
• Identify opportunities to provide additional insurance solutions

• Active Property & Casualty insurance license required
• Prior insurance or sales experience preferred
• Strong sales background with a proven ability to produce results
• State Farm experience is a plus
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Grit, drive, and a strong desire to succeed
