SDR - Sales Development Representative

CC.Talent is looking for dynamic and results-oriented Sales Development Representatives to join our team! In this role, you’ll be instrumental in promoting our outsourcing services through high-volume, outbound calls to businesses. Using an autodialer system to streamline calls, your focus will be on building interest, engaging in conversations that generate leads, and supporting our sales objectives.

CC.Talent is a global outsourcing and staffing company that helps businesses scale through remote professionals and software development solutions. The company specializes in tech, sales, marketing, customer support, and operational roles for international clients across Europe, APAC, and the US.

• Outbound Prospecting: Conducting high-volume cold calls to B2B contacts across Europe, APAC, and the US using an auto-dialer system.
• Pitching & Qualifying: Effectively communicating the value of the company's outsourcing services to build rapport and generate interest.
• Pipeline Management: Qualifying leads, scheduling follow-up appointments, and meticulously logging all interactions within a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
• Target Achievement: Meeting and exceeding daily and weekly performance KPIs.

• at least 2 years relevant experience
• Willing to work in a hybrid setup in Clark, Pampanga at least twice a week.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and autodialers is preferred.
• Experience with cold calling or email outreach is a plus.
• Excellent verbal communication skills, adaptability, resilience, and a strong commitment to integrity and professionalism.
• Strong research, communication, and data analysis skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple tasks.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
