Parts Salesperson

Capitol Toyota is hiring a Parts Salesperson to join their team! This is a tremendous opportunity for the right person!

The Parts Salesperson sells Toyota parts to all customers – retail customers, through the shop, or on the phone.

Job Duties:

• Assists customers in selecting and purchasing parts
• Pulling and filling parts orders
• Bill out parts on customer invoices and process the associated paperwork
• Keep orderly records of all repair orders, invoices, and special-order parts
• Keep the boutique area stocked, organized and clean
• Keep inventory of parts
• Keep the parts area clean and uncluttered
• Must be flexible with hours and lunch times
• Actively participate in the Daily Line-Ups

Qualifications:

• Previous parts experience in a dealership is preferred
• Have a high level of motivation for customer satisfaction, quality workmanship, team building – all with a customer focused attitude
• Dependable with a strong work ethic
• Excellent organizational skills and a strong attention to detail
• Must be able to lift 80 lbs.
• Valid driver's license
