Senior Sales Associate

Music & Arts seeks a Part-Time Senior Sales Associate to drive retail sales, rentals, and lessons for band and orchestra instruments. In this role, you'll advise students, parents, and educators, matching them with the right instruments, accessories, and services while delivering exceptional, student-focused service. Responsibilities include meeting sales goals, processing rentals and repairs, supporting lesson enrollment, merchandising, and maintaining product knowledge.

You'll work in a collaborative, mission-driven environment that supports music education and offers opportunities for growth in retail and music services.

Responsibilities

• Drive in-store sales of instruments, accessories, and services
• Advise students, parents, and educators on product selection
• Process rentals, returns, repairs, and lesson enrollments
• Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals
• Maintain accurate POS transactions and cash handling
• Merchandise products and maintain store appearance
• Develop and maintain strong product and music industry knowledge
• Support community and school outreach initiatives
• Collaborate with team to deliver excellent customer experience
• Assist with inventory, stock levels, and pricing updates
