Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency services as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, parking areas, and perimeter points to help identify unusual activity and/or facility concerns;
Monitor access points, verify credentials where required, and report unauthorized entry attempts, policy violations, and/or suspicious behavior according to post instructions;
Support daily operations at the location by completing incident reports, observing loading and shipping areas, and communicating conditions that could impact personnel, visitors, and/or property
