Security Officer

Position Details

Security Officer - Full-Time, rotating schedule, days or nights, may include weekends, and holidays. Non-exempt. Benefitted position.

Provide campus wide security and safety monitoring during assigned hours. Reports to Compliance and Risk Management manager.

Must be 18 years or older. High school diploma or equivalent.

Must be certified or eligible to certify through DPSST for Unarmed Security Personnel. Must be CPR Certified or willing to obtain within 90 days of hire. Must have a valid Oregon Driver License.

Previous security experience preferred.

Ability to perform in a high stress environment during an emergency.

• Applicant must be legally able to work in the United States.
• Subject to satisfactory adjudication of background investigation and/or fingerprint check.
• Successful completion of 500-hour probationary period.
• Criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen required upon conditional job offer.
