What You'll Do:
As a Residential Framer, you will be responsible for:

• Measuring, cutting, and assembling wall frames, ensuring accuracy according to blueprints and specifications.
• Framing interior structures such as doors, windows, soffits, and walls with meticulous attention to detail.
• Assisting with light finish carpentry tasks, including installing trim, baseboards, and other interior finishing components.
• Maintaining a safe work environment and collaborating effectively with team members to meet project deadlines.

What You'll Bring:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Proven experience in residential framing or related construction work, with a strong understanding of framing principles.
• Ability to accurately interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
• Proficiency with common framing tools and a commitment to safety protocols.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stay active throughout the workday, and work comfortably outdoors and indoors.
