- Responsibilities:
Assist in operation, maintenance, service and repair of building systems including mechanical, electrical, low-voltage, plumbing, HVAC, fitness and aquatics equipment and audio/visual equipment;
Perform basic preventive maintenance on building and aquatics equipment;
Assist with set-ups and takedowns for various building events;
Drive vans to pick up people for programs as needed;
Maintain inventory and proper records of work completed
