Location: Sherwood
A local paving company is seeking an experienced Equipment Operator to join its paving team. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience operating equipment such as skid steers, asphalt rollers, backhoes, or excavators. Responsibilities include daily inspections, equipment maintenance, and maintaining communication with team members. The position requires the ability to work in various weather conditions and a valid driver's license is preferred.
