** Monday through Thursday from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM**, providing a three-day weekend most weeks. Overtime may be required to meet business needs during peak seasons.

** What You'll Do
*** Install residential HVAC equipment, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, air handlers, and related components
* Troubleshoot equipment during installation, startup, and operation
* Install flex duct and sheet metal duct systems in residential homes
* Ensure thermostats are installed, programmed, and connected properly
* Load and verify all materials, tools, and equipment needed for each job
* Complete installations safely, efficiently, and according to company standards
* Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in good working condition
* Follow all company safety policies and training requirements
* Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members throughout the installation process
* Attend required meetings, training sessions, and company events
* Perform additional duties as assigned## Qualifications
** What We're Looking For
*** 5+ years Residential HVAC installation experience required
* Strong troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude
* Ability to read and understand installation specifications and manufacturer guidelines
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Strong time management and organizational abilities
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Commitment to quality workmanship and safety
