As a Lead Installer, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality residential HVAC installations while leading by example in the field. Daily responsibilities include:

• Install residential heating, cooling, and ventilation systems
• Install ductwork and air distribution systems
• Ensure projects are properly staged and prepared
• Track labor hours and materials accurately
• Lead and mentor apprentice installers
• Maintain installation quality, safety, and production standards
• Communicate professionally with homeowners
• Maintain a clean, organized jobsite and service vehicle
• Complete all paperwork accurately and on time

Required qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of HVAC installation experience
• EPA Universal Certification
• Brazing Certification
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong troubleshooting and installation skills
• Excellent customer communication abilities
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset

• Leadership experience
• New construction or retrofit installation experience
• Desire to mentor apprentices and help build the next generation of technicians
