Coral Tree Hospitality - - Responsibilities:
Perform maintenance and repair to private homes and resort equipment as part of rental management contracts;
Inspect and perform quality control on hot tubs and related systems;
Maintain records of services and communicate with guests, owners, and staff regarding repairs;
Assist with moving furniture, installing fixtures, and basic carpentry tasks;
Assist in spring and fall maintenance tasks such as filter changes and battery replacement
