- Install residential HVAC equipment, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, air handlers, and related components
- Troubleshoot equipment during installation, startup, and operation
- Install flex duct and sheet metal duct systems in residential homes
- Ensure thermostats are installed, programmed, and connected properly
- Load and verify all materials, tools, and equipment needed for each job
- Complete installations safely, efficiently, and according to company standards
- Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in good working condition
- Follow all company safety policies and training requirements
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members throughout the installation process
- Attend required meetings, training sessions, and company events
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- 5+ years Residential HVAC installation experience required
- Strong troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude
- Ability to read and understand installation specifications and manufacturer guidelines
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Commitment to quality workmanship and safety
