Duties
* You will make recommendations for advance planning for crew work assignments, order materials necessary for the job, and mobilize resources needed to execute work assignments.
* You will be responsible for scheduling equipment outages and coordinating work efforts with other crews and contractors.
* You will provide verbal or written reports to higher level supervisors that describe the status of work assignments, causes of delay, and technical or personnel problems encountered while executing work assignments.
* You will participate in job hazard analyses, request and hold safe clearances, and maintain a safe work environment for your crew. Requirements Conditions of employment
* Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
* This position requires a Secret Clearance. A background investigation and credit check are required.
* This position requires an Information Assurance level I Certification within 6 months.
* This position is subject to a pre-employment drug screening, and random testing thereafter.
* This position has a requirement to lift up to 45 lbs.
* This position requires the completion of a pre-employment Physical Examination and an annual examination thereafter.

Minimum Qualifications (Screen Out Element):
Ability to do the work of a(n) Electronic System Control Craft Worker in Charge WF-J without more than normal supervision. The Ability to Lead or Supervise:
The ability to perform common tasks associated with the repair and maintenance of electronic equipment; as well as the ability to give verbal instructions as to the nature of repairs, installation, or maintenance to be made, and can proceed to carry out the work in cleaning, making adjustments and/or repairs, calibration, and retest of equipment including various relays, meters, recorders, controllers, indicators, radio transmitters and receivers, oscillators and amplifiers, electronic relays and other electronic and communication equipment.
The ability to perform this work in an Industrial setting, under normal supervision is required - Failure to meet this Screen out Element will result in an ineligible rating.
