Shop Hand/Small Tool Mechanic tojoinourcompany.
Thispositionisidealforsomeonewhoismechanicallyinclined,enjoysworkingwiththeirhands,andhasabasicunderstandingoftoolsandequipment.
Youdonotneedtobeanexperiencedmechanic.
Wearelookingforsomeonewhoiswillingtolearn,takesprideintheirwork,andwantstheopportunitytodeveloptheirmechanicalskillsovertime.
Youwillworkalongsideourexperiencedmechanicandhelpkeepourshop,tools,andequipmentorganized,maintained,andreadyforourcrews.
Yourday-to-dayresponsibilitieswillincludebasicmaintenanceandrepairofsmalltoolsandequipment,shoporganization,cleaning,inspections,partsandtoolorganization,andassistingwithlargermechanicalrepairsasyougainexperience.
Wearelookingforsomeonewhowantstolearnandgrowwiththecompany.

- Previousexperienceinconstruction,automotive,equipment maintenance,orashopenvironmentisaplus,but
not required - Someonelookingforalong-termopportunitytolearnandadvance
- Assistourmechanicwithdailyshopactivitiesandrepairs
- Performbasicmaintenanceandrepairsonsmallpowertoolsandequipment
- Clean,inspect,andmaintaintoolsandequipment
- Helpdiagnosebasicmechanicalproblems
- Performroutinemaintenancesuchasoilchanges,greasing,filterchanges,andotherbasicservice
- Organizeandmaintainshoptools,parts,and supplies
- Assistwithreceiving,organizing,andputtingawaypartsandsupplies
- Performdailyandweeklyinspectionsandreportanyissues
- Assistwithlargerequipmentandvehiclerepairsastrainingandexperiencedevelop
- Followallcompanysafetypoliciesandprocedures
- Performotherdutiesasassigned
- Valid driver'slicenseandreliabletransportation
- Basicknowledgeofhandtoolsandpowertools
- Mechanicallyinclinedwithaninterestinlearning
- Abletoliftandcarryupto
50poundsfrequently - Reliable,hardworking,and punctual
- Abletofollowdirectionsandworksafely
- Ownbasichandtoolspreferred;companywillprovidespecialtytools
- Previousmechanicalorshopexperienceisaplus,but
