• Frame walls, roofs, and floors using hand and power tools.
• Read and follow construction drawings and instructions.
• Measure and cut materials accurately.
• Work safely on ladders, lifts, and rooftops.
• Keep your work area clean and organized.
• Assist your team in completing projects on time and ensuring high quality.

• Able to read a tape measure and a construction level.
• Good with tools and hands-on work.
• Can lift 50–100 lbs and work on your feet.
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in all weather.
• Pays attention to detail and works safely.
• Has reliable transportation.
• Willing to learn and grow.
