Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Schedule may change depending on needs)

Pay: $20 per hour

About the Role

Are you a hands-on problem solver with a passion for helping people? Join our team as a Water Technician and play a vital role in restoring homes and businesses impacted by water damage. This is a fast-paced, physically active job where your work makes a real difference.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to water damage emergencies and perform mitigation services
• Operate equipment such as air movers, dehumidifiers, and negative air machines
• Set up containment zones and manage moisture control
• Assist with water extraction, demolition, and cleanup
• Complete job documentation, including photos, notes, and inspections
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain professionalism on every job site
• Drive to job locations and ensure equipment is clean, safe, and reliable

Requirements & Must Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Oregon Driver's License with clean driving record
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in demanding conditions
• Willingness to work in confined spaces, varying temperatures, and wear PPE as required
• Participation in an on-call rotation once trained
• IICRC certifications a plus, but not required
• Must demonstrate empathy and respect while working in homes during sensitive family situations.
