The Housing Services Specialist plays a vital role in connecting youth and adults in rural Clackamas County with housing services and resources. This position is all about building meaningful relationships, raising awareness about available support, and helping individuals and families find stability in their housing journey. With a compassionate approach, this role also includes case management to ensure ongoing guidance and access to essential resources.

- Experience in community outreach, working with youth and adults, housing assistance, or case management, preferably in rural or underserved areas.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for uplifting and supporting others.
- Knowledge of housing resources and services available in Clackamas County.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a caring team.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel throughout rural Clackamas County.
One in Sandy, and one in Estacada
Reports to: Housing Services Manager
Classification: Non-exempt
Pay: $20-24/hour depending on experience
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday with some weekends as needed
Location: Sandy & Estacada locations

Open Monday - Friday 8-5pm
Ant Farm Youth Hubs
Open Monday - Friday, 2pm-6pm
