Referent (e) Family

The family referent is the cornerstone of the Collective Family Animation (ACF) section of the Social Center of the Commune of Acoua. Under the authority of the Director of the Social Center, he or she ensures the coordination and animation of actions for families, in accordance with the CNAF reference framework and the CSSM ACF approval. His or her action is organized around the four axes of the social project .

Main Missions:

• Ensure the role of family referent in the sense of the CNAF (Collective Family Animation) framework
• Design, coordinate and animate the social project actions for families (axes 1, 2 and
  3)
• Animate the parental support devices (parenting groups, parent-child workshops, parent-adolescent mediation)
• Lead health/well-being and nutrition actions for families and women
• Develop and animate inter-generational links between young people, adults and the elderly
• Ensure the link with family partners: PMI, school, health structures, women's associations
• Contribute to the continuous social diagnosis of the territory by collecting the needs of families
• Participate in the evaluation of actions and in the writing of ACF activity reports for the CSSM or any funder

Detailed Activities by Axis:

• Axis 1:
  Parentality (supporting families in their educational role):
• Animate groups of speech and exchanges between parents (mothers, fathers, grandparents)
• Organize workshops on mediation between parents and adolescents in connection with the national education
• Animate the space 3-6 years and parental awakening times
• Support single-parent families in their procedures and daily life
• Axis 2:
  Health and well-being (improving the health and nutrition of families):
• Organize cooking/nutrition workshops around local products
• Animate health information sessions in partnership with the ARS and the PMI
• Welcome and direct women and families to health structures
• Axis 3:
  Inter-generational link (strengthening social cohesion):
• Design and animate projects of meeting between generations
• Enhance traditional knowledge and know-how (craftsmanship, cooking, storytelling)
• Favor cultural transmission and fight against the isolation of the elderly

Coordination and partnerships:

• Maintain operational link with partners (PMI, associations, school)
• Participate in partnership meetings and territorial coordination bodies
• Produce quantitative and qualitative reports of ACF actions for the CSSM

• CNAF framework of Collective Family Animation and parental support
• Methodology of socio-cultural project and local social development
• Public policies of the family, early childhood and youth
• Social, cultural and institutional context of Mayotte
• Knowledge of family support devices (PMI, CAF, social aid)

• Animation of groups, conduct of participatory workshops and speech groups
• Design and evaluation of socio-cultural actions
• Writing of reports, minutes and funding dossiers
• Ability to work in network and in partnership with diverse actors
• Family mediation and management of tension or conflict situations

Art. L332-14 of the general code of the public service - A contractual employee may be recruited for this position in the waiting period for the recruitment of a civil servant. The proposed contract may not exceed one year, renewable for a total duration of 2 years.
