As a School Social Worker, you'll play a pivotal role in helping students reach their full potential academically, socially, emotionally, and behaviorally. Working within a dedicated Special Education program, you'll provide individualized and group-based support, help strengthen connections between home and school, and collaborate closely with educators, families, behavioral professionals, community partners, and district representatives.

Providing individual and group counseling to students experiencing social, emotional, behavioral, or family-related challenges impacting educational success, including crisis intervention and family consultation when appropriate.
Building trusting relationships with students and creating a supportive environment where students feel safe, understood, and empowered to succeed.
Conducting comprehensive interviews and assessments with students, families, educators, and other professionals to better understand students' social, emotional, behavioral, and environmental needs.
