• Develop and enhance the proprietary internal care management platform, Thyme Box
• Collaborate with the technical team to understand the tech stack and the business model
• Independently plan, build, and deliver multiple features from concept through launch
• Work closely with Product to scope experiments and shape new product ideas
• Integrate data from multiple sources to provide actionable insights for the care team

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in building, shipping, and supporting software in production
• Strong experience with web development, particularly with Vue.js/Type Script, FastAPI/Python, and Postgres
• Proven track record of taking ownership of features from idea to production
• Experience collaborating with engineers, product teams, and stakeholders
• Ability to communicate technical tradeoffs and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences

• Experience using and contributing to AI tools that enhance developer productivity and code quality
• Prior experience working in healthcare or health tech environments
