Bandon Dunes Golf Resort, located 100 feet above the sand-swept beaches of Southern Oregon and overlooking the Pacific Ocean, reflects true to the spirit of Scotland's ancient links. Five distinctly different championship courses along with two Par-3 courses blend with nature to provide a unique walking golf experience. With 3.6 miles of coastline golf, Bandon Dunes Golf Resort moves golfers between massive sand dunes, open meadows and upland forrests revealing breathtaking views and challenges throughout.

Bandon Dunes Golf Resort has hosted 9 USGA Championships including the 125th U.S. Women's Amateur in 2025. Over the next 20 years, Bandon Dunes Golf Resort will host 11 additional USGA Championships including a Walker Cup and a pair of back-to-back U.S. men's and women's amateur championships.

Bandon Dunes Golf Resort is seeking service-oriented team members with a desire to grow within the resort and Dream Golf. Some golf and/or hospitality experience is desired. Successful applicants will have the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

• BA/BS degree preferred
• PGM associate or better preferred
• Demonstrated experience and capability in customer service, retail sales and customer satisfaction
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to analyze and solve problems
• Flexibility to work days/nights/weekends
• Positive attitude, professional manner and appearance in all situations

• Interact with and provide Trips of a Lifetime to all guests and visitors of the resort
• Be an active team member assisting with daily golf operations including:
  • Guest check-in
  • Starting Play
  • Pace of Play
  • Merchandise management and sales
  • Cash and credit card handling
  • Daily reporting
• Be fully knowledgeable of golf shop merchandise - features and benefits
• Maintain clean, presentable and fully stocked merchandise displays
• Assist organizing and implementing tournaments, group outings and special events
• Assist Director of Instruction with links clinics, instruction and Junior Golf Programs
• Ensure accurate tracking of types and quanity of golf rounds, monitor guest preferences, usage patterns and satisifaction with Company products and services
• Other golf resort duties as required
