Full Job Description

Our client is seeking a Forklift Truck Loader for a swing shift position supporting a fast-paced warehouse operation. This role is responsible for safely and accurately loading 16–24 ft box trucks using a 5,000 lb sit-down forklift, as well as manually handling materials when needed. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently while still being part of a small, efficient team.

• Load and unload 16–24 ft box trucks using a 5,000 lb sit-down forklift
• Handle bulk material loading with forklift and smaller items manually
• Climb into trucks to verify inventory and properly stage/load materials
• Use tablet/iPad systems to track and confirm inventory
• Ensure loads are secure, accurate, and ready for transport
• Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs regularly
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Work closely with a small team while operating independently

• Previous forklift experience required (sit-down forklift preferred)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
• Comfortable working independently and staying self-directed
• Basic computer or tablet experience for inventory tracking
• Experience in building materials or warehouse material handling preferred
• Ability to climb in and out of trucks throughout shift
