Location: Canyonville

The Position

Provide safe transportation of Resort guests and employees from the parking lots to the gaming center, hotel, and other areas of the Resort property. Greets guests and provides exemplary customer service for the Resort. Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Greet and welcome guests entering the shuttle to provide cordial guest services and encourage repeat business.
  • Provide convenient transportation to resort guests and employees by driving a shuttle safely from the parking lots to the main entrance or other areas of the Resort property.
  • May on occasion be required to provide transportation for guests from off-property locations and cities.
  • Assist guests that need additional help with their luggage and the boarding on/off the shuttle in a friendly manner.
  • Clean the assigned shuttle a minimum of once per shift (more often if needed) and maintain the overall appearance of the shuttle in accordance with Resort standards.

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED Certificate preferred.
  • 1 year of experience in driving vans or light trucks required.
  • Current Oregon Class C Passenger Endorsed CDL and the ability to qualify for the UIDC's Drivers Program.
  • Must possess a valid Medical Certificate for CDL.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Able to read and comprehend written instructions.
  • Basic administrative/clerical experience.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and tasks.
  • Excellent organizational, verbal, interpersonal, and customer relations skills.
  • Must be able to obtain a Class I Gaming License.
