Hennick's Home Center in Bandon is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Full - Time CDL Driver – Delivery to join our team. The Delivery Driver will be responsible for safely transporting hardware materials and products to residential, commercial, and construction job sites. The ideal candidate will have a valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL), a strong safety record, and excellent communication skills.

• Safely operate company trucks to deliver a wide range of building materials and hardware supplies to customers.
• Load and unload materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, or by hand, as needed.
• Ensure timely and accurate deliveries while maintaining high standards of customer service.
• Review delivery paperwork for accuracy and obtain customer signatures.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and perform basic maintenance to ensure roadworthiness.
• Follow all DOT and company safety regulations and protocols.
• Communicate with dispatch, store personnel, and customers to coordinate deliveries and resolve issues.
• Maintain clean and organized vehicles and report any mechanical issues promptly.

• Valid CDL Class A or B driver's license (Class A preferred, if applicable).
• Clean driving record and current DOT medical card.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous delivery or truck driving experience, ideally in hardware, building materials, or construction supplies.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 80 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to read maps, GPS, and navigate delivery routes efficiently.
• Forklift certification is a plus (or ability to be certified upon hire).

• Primarily operates in outdoor environments and on the road.
• Exposure to varying weather conditions.
• May require early morning, late evening, or weekend shifts depending on delivery schedules.
