As a Warehouse Team Member, you will play a crucial role that directly impacts the success of Chick-fil-A restaurants. Duties include unloading, picking and loading product at the Chick-fil-A Supply Fort Lauderdale Distribution Center located in Weston, FL. Schedule:

Monday through Saturday from 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM until the work is done:

* 4-Day Workweek (4 10 hour days)

* The schedule will be assigned according to business needs, and flexibility is needed during weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts

Starting at $20.75 per hour Benefits:

Responsibilities

As a Warehouse Associate, you are a key driver in the efficiency, organization, and cleanliness of the warehouse.

* Efficiency and Organization:
You'll be on your feet, actively engaging with unloading, staging, picking and loading products.

* Safety First:
Safely operating machinery like forklifts and pallet jacks and keeping our warehouse clean and safe.

* Communication and Care:
Connecting with care with everyone you come in contact with.

Minimum Qualifications

* Extreme Temperature:
Working in rotation through extreme temperatures (-10F to 100F) is required to keep our food safe!

* Heavy Weights:
Reach, bend, and stoop while lifting up to 65 pounds per case during most of your shift. Occasionally you will use mechanical assistance to move up to 2,000 pounds.

* Education:

High School Diploma or GED

* Proficient in English (reading, writing, and speaking): to safely follow verbal instructions, complete documentation and paperwork, and accurately interpret labels, pick lists, scanner prompts, signage, and company communications.

Preferred Qualifications

* Working in a warehouse and/or material handling is preferred but not required, and previous work in food distribution is a plus.
