Warehouse Associate

Position Summary

The Warehouse Associate will ensure timely and accurate processing, fulfillment, and shipping of all orders across D2C, B2B, and wholesale channels, with a focus on quality control and customer satisfaction. They will operate warehouse equipment, manage pad printing logistics, and perform inbound inspections while maintaining clean, safe, and organized work spaces. This position will also support continuous improvement by identifying and solving operational issues and ensuring accurate order entry in Net Suite.

• Provide a best-in‑class customer experience by accurately processing, shipping, receiving, and fulfilling all orders (D2C, B2B & Wholesale) within 1-2 days.
• Ensure accurate processing of orders to customers (data entry).
• Drive truck with trailer to/from printing facility; loading and unloading.
• Perform inbound quality inspection from the factory.
• Engage in problem‑solving to support process improvement.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Keep the warehouse safe and always functioning.
• Manage pad printing, delivery, pickup, and fulfillment.
• Ensure accurate processing of orders through Net Suite and appropriate shipping carrier.
• Unload containers and perform quality inspection from the factory.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks regularly.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills; experience with inventory systems preferred.
• Forklift certification a plus (or willingness to be trained).
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and in a team.

• Warehouse setting with regular exposure to varying temperatures, noise, and equipment.
• Frequent standing, lifting, bending, and moving of materials.
• Standard workweek with occasional overtime during peak periods.
• Safety‑first environment requiring adherence to PPE and operational protocols.
