Night Warehouse Associates play a pivotal role at Columbia Distributing. They are responsible for picking and preparing customer orders accurately for our delivery team. Working as a team is a critical part of this position's success.

• Accurately pick customer orders using an electric pallet jack and/other provided technology
• Perform all duties related to shipping and picking to pallet of products
• Maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards
• Demonstrate positive, cooperative, and team-oriented behavior with co-workers, supervisors, managers consistent with the Company's Core Values at all times
• Complete all other tasks or projects as assigned

This job operates mostly indoors with occasional outdoor work.

• Lift/carry/push/pull up to 50 lbs repetitively and up to 165 lbs
• Bend/stoop/crouch/squat; use arms/wrists/hands/grasp
• Ability to hear

• Minimum of 18 years of age

• Experience in a warehouse, with logistics or material handling
• Experience using a Pallet Jack
• High school diploma or GED

• Pay range: $18 - $21/hr + Performance incentive
• Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors including skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location

This is a full-time position. Days and hours vary and may include weekends and overtime as necessary. Travel:
None.
