- Assist in coding all unpaid non-purchase order invoices with designated General Ledger numbers.
- Assist in entering unpaid and approved invoices into HIS accounts payable module.
- Assist with the weekly check runs. Performs the daily deposits in a back-up capacity as needed.
- Process weekly check run of approved invoices for all accounts including Umpqua and CPS on a backup basis.
- Assist with vendor statement audits for missing or unpaid invoices.
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of year end 1099 forms to all current and former vendors.
- On a weekly basis, complete filing of all invoices.
- Cross‑trained and able to produce a full payroll run at least once every quarter.
- Other duties as assigned to support the overall effectiveness of the department and organizational performance in accordance with Curry Health Network’s Mission, Vision and Shared Values.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Associate or better in Accounting or related field.
- Three (3) years of Accounts Payable experience is preferred.
- 3 years:
Experience in Payroll.
- Ability to use personal computer for word processing, data entry, and automated time systems; experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Attention to detail and accuracy regarding time and organizational management. Requires multi‑tasking and the ability to handle stress in a fast‑paced working environment.
- Ability to foster and maintain positive working relationships with staff and management.
On-the-job time is spent in the following physical activities:

- Up to 1/3 of the time: Stand, walk, reach with hands
- From 1/3 to 1/2 of the time: Talk or hear
