Oregon State Treasury is recruiting for the position of Front Desk Receptionist. The primary purpose of this position is to provide receptionist services and clerical support to the entire agency.

** Work with Trust Property to maintain current open Estates Lists for mail processing.

Minimum Qualifications
** One year of general clerical experience that includes keyboarding, word processing, or other experience generating documents; OR An equivalent combination of experience and college coursework or training in a general office occupation. Professional work experience as a Receptionist, Administrative Assistant, and/or Executive Assistant;

Professional work experience with greeting reception guests, answering incoming telephone calls, and scheduling meetings;

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially with Outlook, Word, and Excel;

Professional work experience with copying, faxing, creating and organization documents, and organizing andmaintainingfiles;
