Office Administrative Assistant

MCEDD is looking for a detail-oriented, creative Office Administrative Assistant to support our team and help tell the story of the economic development work happening across the Columbia Gorge!

What You’ll Do:

• Create & distribute monthly newsletters + client profiles
• Maintain the MCEDD website & manage social media channels
• Assist with marketing materials and outreach efforts
• Support board meetings, events & daily office operations
• Provide excellent customer service to partners & the public

You’ll Shine If You:

• Are organized, upbeat, and strong in communication
• Can juggle multiple tasks with ease
• Have 2+ years of administrative experience (or equivalent)
• Enjoy marketing, writing, and digital tools
• Bonus:
  Word Press, event planning, grant support, or bilingual (English/Spanish)!

Salary & Hiring Range:

• Hiring range: $22.43 – $23.55/hr
• Salary range: $22.43/hr – $28.63/hr
