Job SummaryThe Human Resources Executive Assistant will provide high-level and confidential administrative support to the Chief Human Resource Officer and the department by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, and handling information requests, as well as performing administrative functions such as preparing correspondence, coordinating internal and external meetings and events. The Executive Assistant will anticipate needs and provide administrative support to the director during labor negotiations;
performs work on special projects as assigned.

Annual Salary Range- $58,723.93 – $77,943.33
- Two salary raises within your first year. An increase may be given at the end of the 6‑month probationary period, depending on starting salary, and at the 1‑year anniversary, as long as your performance is in good standing! Annual performance‑based increases are given until the maximum of the salary range is reached.

salary placement will be based on your level of directly related experience and education consistent with Oregon’s pay equity law.
- 11 Paid Holidays + 2 Floating Holidays + 8 hours of vacation accrual every month + sick leave! Vacation accrual increases with years of service.

Minimum Qualifications- Associate’s degree or two years college coursework or related technical training; AND
- at least 5 years of progressively responsible administrative or related support experience.
