Job Description & How to Apply Below

About: Future is building a personalized guidance system for lifelong health. We help people understand what to do next for their body, goals, and stage of life — then support them in turning those decisions into sustained behavior change. By combining AI, human expertise, personal health data, and accountability, Future helps members improve performance today while building the resilience, capacity, and healthspan they need for decades to come.

The Role: We’re hiring an Executive Assistant to partner directly with our CEO and Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and operate as a force multiplier across the company. This is not a traditional administrative role. We’re looking for someone with the judgment, presence, and range to operate across it all — someone who can own executive leverage one hour and run a company event or keep our LA office humming the next.

This role requires someone who thrives in ambiguity and pace. There are no layers between you and the executives you support, and no layers between you and the decisions that shape the company. You’ll operate with context, discretion, and a strong point of view — anticipating needs before they surface and solving problems before they slow things down. This is an in-office role, 4–5 days a week at our Los Angeles office.

What You’ll Own

Executive Leverage

  • Own complex calendar and inbox management across the Leadership Team — prioritizing ruthlessly so their time goes to the highest-leverage work.
  • Operate as an extension of the executive: anticipate needs, prep them for every meeting, and remove friction before it appears.
  • Partner closely with the People team and keep executive priorities moving across teams — coordinating follow-through so nothing slips.

Events, Culture & Merch

  • Run company All Hands end to end with the People team — agenda, run of show, speaker prep, slides, logistics, and follow-up — and build executive-ready decks for leadership offsites and all-company moments.
  • Plan team lunches, offsites, and celebrations that make Future a place people are excited to be part of.
  • Own merch and gifting — sourcing, vendor management, welcome kits, and milestone gifts, with taste and attention to detail.
  • Run local events that bring the Future community together — member meetups, partner activations, and city-based gatherings that extend the brand beyond the screen.

LA Office

  • Run the day-to-day of our Los Angeles office — supplies, vendors, and the space itself — so it’s stocked, polished, and a place people want to come to.
  • Host visitors — coaches, partners, and candidates — with warmth and polish.

Special Projects & Systems

  • Own cross-functional projects that require coordination across teams, and manage travel logistics with precision.
  • Bring structure to ambiguity — spot broken workflows and build repeatable systems that increase clarity and speed across the org.

Who You Are

  • 5+ years supporting senior executives or an executive leadership team in a fast-paced environment — startup, high-growth tech, or top-tier strategy/finance preferred.
  • Experience producing executive-grade decks, running All Hands, and pulling off events or culture moments — with an eye for the details that make them land.
  • Highly organized and anticipatory — you don’t let things slip, and you solve problems before they’re visible.
  • Strong communicator with the polish to represent the executive team externally, and high discretion with sensitive information.
  • Composed under pressure — you adapt quickly, hold the line on quality, and keep the room calm.
  • Low ego, high ownership — you do what needs to be done to keep the business moving.
  • Proficient with Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Notion, and modern project management tools.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in a high-growth startup or scale-up environment.
  • Exposure to business operations or chief of staff–adjacent work.
  • Experience managing merch, events, or supporting multiple senior leaders at once.
  • Genuine interest in health, wellness, fitness, or sports.
