Business Planner

Overview

Lead Business Planner (BP), North America, who plays a pivotal role in defining, shaping, and delivering consumer demand across the Geography. This individual will own multi-season revenue, receipt, and inventory plans for North America across a Sport for, Product Engine, Gender, and Channel to serve consumers with precision.

They build hypotheses grounded in data and insight, translating analysis into clear actions through sharp problem-solving and critical thinking. They bring a deep understanding of the North America consumer, marketplace dynamics, product engines, and inventory levers—grounded in both qualitative and quantitative insights.

• 5+ years’ experience in retail, planning, merchandising, or product management
• Strong ability to influence and collaborate through clear, effective communication
• Actively listens, synthesizes information, and advances work with cross-functional partners
• Exceptional written/verbal communication, analytical strength, and attention to detail
• Ability to synthesize and interpret market data to inform the North America Operating Plan; assesses risk and solves problems to drive outcomes
• Deep understanding of key retail metrics (Retail Sales, ST%, WOS, Inventory, Revenue, Margin) and ability to manipulate data efficiently
• Commercial, entrepreneurial, and consumer-forward mindset
