Our campground can host over 100 campers and has private dock access to Round Lake in central Oregon. For over 50 years this campground has hosted a variety of groups from kids camps to church family camps.

Wilderness Lakes Retreat is seeking a Full-Time Camp Manager to oversee daily operations at our retreat facility in beautiful Sisters. This leadership role is responsible for managing camp operations, coordinating guest groups, overseeing facilities and grounds, supervising seasonal staff and volunteers, and ensuring a safe, welcoming environment for all guests.

• Manage camp operations and daily schedules.
• Coordinate guest groups and event logistics.
• Oversee facilities and grounds maintenance.
• Supervise seasonal staff and volunteers.
• Ensure compliance with safety and health standards.
• Maintain a welcoming environment for all guests.

• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Experience in camp, retreat, hospitality, or facilities management preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
• Commitment to excellent guest service.
• This is a seasonal, full-time position based on-site in Sisters, Oregon.
