Reporting to the Director of Procurement Operations, the incumbent is responsible for receiving requests from job sites, planning and directing them to the appropriate departments, and ensuring proper follow‑up. They are responsible for ensuring full satisfaction of internal clients and evaluating logistics services across their region. They work closely with project teams, the equipment department, the procurement department, the pre‑construction team, and job sites.

you will do
  • Receive all requests from job sites within your assigned department and region, and ensure they are directed to the appropriate service departments.
  • Evaluate the quality of logistics services and provide recommendations to improve performance.
  • Decide whether to use internal fleet resources or the procurement department for incoming site requests.
  • Conduct regular site visits to maintain strong relationships with clients (job sites) and ensure services meet their needs.
  • Process equipment and consumables requests from warehouses/yards within your assigned region.
  • Depending on regional volume, proceed with certain purchases through purchase orders while staying aligned with the category specialist.
  • Attend all project kick‑off meetings for your assigned department to fully understand project requirements and challenges.
  • Review and monitor performance indicators related to customer service.
This role could be for you if you have
  • A diploma in logistics or procurement, or equivalent experience.
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in construction, equipment rental, coordination, or customer service in related fields.
  • Strong experience in sales or client relationship management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of autonomy and the ability to manage urgent situations effectively.
  • Willingness to travel within your assigned province as required.
