Onboarding Specialist

What you’ll be doing

• Leading the full onboarding process for families and Direct Support Workers
• Coordinating interviews, intake, and documentation
• Communicating daily with families, team members, and referral sources
• Ensuring compliance, accuracy, and a seamless experience across systems
• Creating care plans and supporting risk mitigation processes
• Tracking progress, onboarding metrics, and weekly reporting

• Strong communicator who genuinely enjoys working with people
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Someone who takes ownership and follows things through to completion
• A “figure it out” mindset with a positive, can-do attitude
• Ability to balance multiple priorities without dropping the ball

• $28.85/hour (~$60K annually)
