Budget Blinds of the Oregon Coast | Gearhart, OR
Full Time | Monday through Friday
Budget Blinds of the Oregon Coast is looking for a highly organized, customer focused professional to help run our Gearhart showroom and support our growing team.
For over 20 years, our locally owned business has helped homeowners across the Oregon Coast beautify their homes with custom window treatments. This role is the heartbeat of our showroom. You will be the first point of contact for customers, help coordinate projects, and ensure every window treatment order runs smoothly from consultation to installation.

What You’ll Do- Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom
- Answer phones and help customers with questions, orders, and warranties
- Schedule in home consultations and installation appointments
- Support our sales consultants and installation team
- Provide quotes and assist with product orders
- Track shipments and follow up with suppliers when needed
- Receive and check in incoming freight and deliveries (must be able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally)
- Help coordinate installation schedules and project timelines
- Manage invoicing, collect payments, and track accounts receivable
- Follow up with customers to ensure a great experience
- Keep the showroom organized, stocked, and ready for visitors
- Help improve office systems and customer service processes
- Are highly organized and naturally detail oriented
- Enjoy juggling multiple tasks and staying on top of moving pieces
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team members
- Take initiative and manage your time well without constant supervision
- Are comfortable using technology and learning new systems
- Take pride in delivering excellent customer service
- Previous customer service, office coordination, or administrative experience preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Comfortable using office software and technology (Google Workspace or similar)
- Ability to problem solve and stay calm in a busy environment
- $18 to $22 per hour depending on experience
- Monday through Friday schedule, 9am to 5pm
- No nights or weekends
