Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Account Manager to join a busy team working on a major retail client  Senior Account Manager is the key player who maintains client satisfaction through exceptional service and creates value by leveraging strong account management and interpersonal skills. The role is ultimately responsible for the day‑to‑day execution of the client’s marketing strategies, partnering with client and internal stakeholders to execute flawlessly and meet business goals.

• Support or act as the primary contact for day‑to‑day delivery team and client.
• Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders and internal teams to ensure campaign schedules and processes are clear and adhered to.
• Run internal and external client meetings; manage daily communication with key contacts.
• Ensure timeliness and quality of client deliverables.
• Continuously observe and identify areas to improve existing processes.
• Bring leadership, guidance, and operational efficiencies to the delivery team.
• View the bigger picture and disseminate information to the appropriate parties for execution.
• Apply critical thinking to identify and mitigate potential delivery risks.
• Remain focused on detail while managing multiple email campaigns simultaneously through Braze.

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 6+ years of related agency experience, specifically within digital marketing or marketing operations.
• Experience with Braze.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with client‑facing responsibilities and client presentations.
• Knowledge of contracts, managing a scope of work, and scope creation and management.
• Ability to leverage business acumen to identify new business and marketing opportunities.
• Strong listening and superior relationship‑building skills.
• Experience leading teams is a plus.

Annual Salary Range: $68,000 – $110,400. Placement within the range is based on relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.

Location:

U.S. – Remote (Oregon – Pacific Time). This hybrid role combines remote flexibility with regular in‑person collaboration. Employees who live within a 90‑minute commute to one of the Headquarters or Hub Offices (New York, Chicago, Detroit, Los Angeles) may be required to work in the office 2–3 days per week, including one Team Day. The minimum number of days may vary by office and role.

Employees who do not live near an office may be designated as remote, depending on the role and business needs.
