Responsibilities
Responsible for the monitoring and enforcement of the WSHA collections policy. Includes monitoring of tenant receivable accounts, issuance of collections letters, negotiating repayment agreements, and counseling tenants on the importance of paying rent. Represent WSHA in Tribal Court on civil actions as needed. Work hand in hand with the current collections officer and provide backup as needed.
RequirementsHigh School Diploma or equivalent required. One year bookkeeping or accounting experience preferred. Valid Oregon driver's license required; must be insurable under the tribal insurance policy.
