About the Position
As we plan for continued growth, we are seeking a Client Success Associate to join our EMEA team in Cairo, Egypt. Qualified individuals with a passion for emerging markets, economics and geopolitics in EMEA are strongly encouraged to apply. CSAs are responsible for supporting Frontier View’s relationship with clients in healthcare, Consumer and Industrials sectors across the EMEA region. Working collaboratively with the Account Managers, Client Success Teammates and the Strategic Insights team, the CSA will bring value to senior executive client relationships through events, market intelligence and client engagement.

This is a contract position, for a 6‑12 month contract with potential for extension, based remotely in Egypt.
What To Expect In This Position- Partner closely with Account Managers and Client Success Team to support senior executive clients in client engagement and retention activities across the EMEA region.
- Coordinate and manage event outreach, executive planning sessions, and client calls from scheduling through delivery.
- Plan and execute virtual and in‑person client events, executive round tables, roadshows, and market briefings.
- Serve as a key point of coordination between clients, analysts, and commercial team members to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Track and manage client engagement activities, ensuring timely follow‑up and execution of commitments.
- Support client onboarding and adoption of Frontier View services and resources.
- Assist in the preparation of client presentations, briefing materials, meeting agendas, and event communications.
- Monitor client engagement trends and identify opportunities to increase utilization of Frontier View services.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, activities, and engagement metrics within Salesforce and other internal systems.
- Support regional and global commercial initiatives as needed, including strategic projects, events, and client campaigns.
- Collaborate across Commercial, Strategic Insights, and Operations teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
- Help identify opportunities to improve processes, client experiences, and team efficiency.
- Enjoy building relationships and creating exceptional client experiences through thoughtful planning, communication, and execution.
- Strong communicator who is comfortable interacting with senior executives, clients, analysts, and internal stakeholders.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects, stakeholders and competing priorities simultaneously.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment and taking ownership of your responsibilities.

- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent work experience) in business, economics, international affairs, communications, marketing, or a related field.
- 1‑3 years of experience in client success, client services, account coordination, project management, events, consulting support, or a related client‑facing role.
- Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Naturally curious and eager to learn about global markets, economics, geopolitics, and client business challenges.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and a proactive mindset.
- Comfortable interacting with senior‑level stakeholders and executives.
- Professional, responsible, self‑motivated, and highly dependable.
- Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and follow‑through.
- Experience supporting events, executive briefings, webinars, or client programs is a plus.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, CRM systems, or project management tools is a plus.
- English fluency required;
Arabic fluency is a plus.
